The first step in the process is determining if your credit union and CUEvolutions are a fit. As an integral part of the credit union's marketing efforts, it is vital to determine roles of responsibility along with areas of opportunity.
If there is a mutual agreement that a relationship between the credit union and CUEvolutions is viable, the next step is determining which SEG partners will provide the most conducive opportunities for on-site membership and services campaigns. CUEvolutions will assist the credit union's marketing specialist in scheduling on-site sessions at the SEG partner locations in order to maximize member (and potential member) engagement.
As an outsourced representative of the credit union, it is vital that the CUEvolutions "Relationship Ambassador" is well versed in the intricacies and nuances of the credit union offerings. The credit union will have full control of Relationship Ambassador selection along with desired messaging.
During the credit union membership awareness sessions, the CUEvolutions Relationship Ambassadors will be tasked with delivering educational messages: 1) to attract new members to the credit union, 2) expose members to targeted credit union initiatives, ie: car loans, savings accounts, etc., and 3) offer participation in valuable asset protection plans.
Upon completion of the SEG on-site membership service campaign, CUEvolutions will provide results and feedback along with any member asset protection program servicing. A cadence of re-service and future campaigns will be establish upon mutual agreement.
